Processing time: Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Delivery time: Standard international shipping takes 7–15 business days to the US and most destinations. Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Wrong address?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch. Once shipped, we can attempt a carrier intercept but cannot guarantee changes.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us — we'll investigate with the carrier and reship or refund lost parcels at no cost to you.
