We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's exactly how we make it right.
30-day return window
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and has original tags attached.
How to start a return
- Email wyk20050328@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back with tracking. Refund is issued within 5–10 business days of inspection, to your original payment method.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item?
Don't ship anything back — send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or full refund, shipping included.
Non-returnable cases
- Items worn, washed, or with tags removed
- Sale items marked "final sale"
- Return requests made after the 30-day window
Late or missing refunds
Refunds post to your account within 10 business days depending on your card issuer. If you haven't received yours by then, contact your bank first, then us.
