2. Products & pricing

Products are described and pictured as accurately as possible; slight color variation between screens and fabric dye lots can occur. Prices and promotions may change without notice. In the rare case of a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the affected order.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline orders that appear fraudulent or where stock is unavailable — any charged amount is refunded in full.

4. Shipping & risk of loss

Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes upon carrier delivery to the address provided; accurate addresses are your responsibility.

5. Intellectual property

All site content (text, layout, graphics) is owned by Kael or its licensors. Brand names referenced remain property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kael's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Disputes

Contact us first — nearly everything can be resolved by email within 24 hours. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country grant additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
